Situated in the heart of Toronto, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) is one of North America’s leading conference facilities. A Crown Corporation of the Province of Ontario, the South Building was opened by His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, on June 29, 1997. MTCC is dedicated to environmental consciousness; its facility holds numerous awards for initiatives that showcase a commitment to sustainable meeting solutions benefiting both the community and the environment.

Getting to the MTCC from Toronto Pearson International Airport

Embracing sustainable practices, we encourage the use of public transport wherever possible to reduce environmental impact.
  • Public Transport:
Take the UP Express train from Pearson Airport to Union Station (25 min).
From Union Station, follow the signs to the SkyWalk, an enclosed walkway connecting Union Station to the MTCC, which is approximately a 7-10 minute walk. This option is environmentally friendly and very convenient for attendees.
Travel time: approximately 45 minutes.
 
  • Taxi:
Taxi stands are readily available at the airport terminals. Simply follow the signs to the designated taxi pickup area.
Travel time: depending on traffic, the journey typically takes around 30-45 minutes. Approximate distance is 22.5 kilometers (14 miles).
 

We acknowledge that PRI in Person 2024, hosted at the MTCC and ROM, is taking place on the ancestral lands of the Wendat, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and the Anishinaabek Nation, which includes the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, since time immemorial to today.
